1. Room structure

Maintenance with saplings and plants is impressive. Food quality is good and with reasonable prices. Location is awesome. Especially, I liked Elson's (Manager) guidance and response through out the stay. Staff are good with their services and they are too quick. Happy for the continuous Hot water facility.

Wifi wasn't worked at all with the provided passwords. The issue wasn't resolved even after informing for multiple times.

Rooms are really clean and they exactly looked like what you see in pictures. The staff are very polite and efficient especially Mr. Kannan. He really made our stay pleasant. I would recommend this property to everyone.

I booked this for my family. The villa was spacious, was comfortable, no doubt about that. The food was also reasonable i was told.

but the prices are exorbitant for the property they offer. Plus the staff was not friendly when I called from abroad to tell them that the discount that was shown in the website was not applied. the staff seemed to be careless and just wanted to pass the buck. they insisted that i needed to pay them directly and not through booking.com as their taxes will be deducted. they got their full money but i did not get any benefit as shown on booking.com. i complained to booking.com also but there is no response from their side too.in total, the stay turned out to be way too expensive.

Booking was confirmed through booking.com but they ask double after going there very worst.. And they ask for hard cash which is the worst part about fortune retreats

Location good and value for money

Toilets need to be more tidy and water flow very slow

Villa is spacious, Ambience is nice, surrounded by greenery, Villa is located on the Hill, Good view outside villa, Privacy is respected in the villa, Facilities inside the villa is also nice, you get private garden and bone fire is also a good option in those cold nights.

Processing time of order in reception, it is taking longer time to process the order given on intercom, sometimes they miss some items, we need to remind them almost 4-5 times to send basic items. Apart from that our experience was great.

View from room is good

Too costly for this rooms.Food poor and costlyExtra Charge for room heater Paid fine for using electric stove(pathetic)I don't recommend to any one this hotel.

The rooms were clean and the staff served what ever asked to the rooms.

1. There is no heater in the room in hilly areas we expect a heater atleast.2. The bedroom we got has windows on all the sides and its a pathway for others which is a great no no.

Proximity to town and nice view from villa

No hot water in bath(faulty gas geyser was not fixed even after repeated requests).Veg food smelled funny.Not good for vegetarians.Bedsheets were torn.No drinking water given.

Breakfast we dint have. Just tea and coffee. But dinner was good.

Great location, but horrible maintenance of rooms

While the view, location & connectivity is excellent, the quality of rooms and its maintenance is below standards. It is definitely not worth the money they charge!!!

Rooms are precious and clean.

Worst road to reach destination point. Food is too expensive. Staff not promt in queries resolution.

Location was good and large but bed is small (queen size). Staff is helpful. Rooms are mostly facing a small mountain so it is pleasant. Approach road is ok if you have an own car and fine to drive on narrow roads.

Gas geyser in room (very unpleasant and unsafe). Room doors do not lock well so make noise by wind at night. Windows has thin cloth curtain so all light at night passes in the room. Bachelors playing music and loud chitchat at night after 10-11pm. Restaurant has limited choice and delayed service.

I stayed with my family for 4D&3N, I really loved their hospitality and smiley behavior of all the staffs?. View from the cottages and restaurant are awesome?.. Foods are amazing and great taste?. Myself and my entire family recommend to stay.

Please improve room service

TV was not worked but not yet resolve even I have informed in reception...

I liked the location of the property. I lived in a one bedroom apartment. So there is a small living area first which had two sofas and two chairs and TV and after that there is the bedroom. The division of space helps as you don't get bore just staying in the bedroom. This is for those who wants to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city because the market area is around 2-3 km away and is not a walkable distance as it is uphill. They have their own restaurant so food is taken care of or you can order online. The staff was good, hospitable, adjusting and ready to help.

Excellent and courteous service by the staffs.. experiencing the climate and view from the restaurant was awesome.. food was tasty especially the breakfast..

The containers and plates used to serve food in the rooms were too old and to be replaced periodically..

Location was really good and scenic.Staff was very polite and helpful and overall hospitality was really good.

Expected Villa Cottages but they were single floor two bed room. Price was very high for the facilities provided. Rooms were not very well maintained. Bedding was half maintained Should have some cutlery in the kitchen.Should have at least one small refrigerator in the room. No hangers for keeping clothes.Water supply was kept outside as a common area water supply. None of the power sockets were working except 4 in the entire booking villa.No reserved parking, it was first come first server for multiple villas.Food was way too spicy and even upon request did not meet the standards of the the price paid.
